Simply Handmade is a crochet and knitwear brand that creates timeless, handcrafted pieces for all ages, from kids to adults. Their product range spans from cosy blankets and scarves to stylish bags and hats, blending functionality with artistry.

The brand's identity focuses on warmth, elegance, and versatility, brought to life through an elegant logo, neutral tones, and knit-inspired patterns. As part of the project, I designed a cohesive branding suite, including an Etsy banner, profile image, product labels, and packaging. Additionally, future projects, such as Fair Isle-style knitting pattern cards, will expand the brand's offerings, inspiring creativity and connecting customers to the joy of handmade craftsmanship.



The Simply Handmade branding includes an elegant primary logo and a versatile sublogo, "Simply H." The flowing script of the primary logo embodies sophistication and craftsmanship, while the sublogo provides a compact, adaptable option for smaller applications. Supporting assets, such as knit-inspired patterns, reinforce the brand’s handcrafted identity, with soft, neutral tones creating a cohesive and timeless visual language. These elements ensure flexibility while maintaining the brand’s warm and approachable aesthetic.

The Simply Handmade branding primarily uses a cream colour palette to reflect the cosy, neutral aesthetic central to the brand. For later projects, such as knitting pattern kits, complementary tones like soft purples and pinks have been incorporated. These additional colors provide versatility, creating a visually appealing identity for future product lines while maintaining the brand's elegant, handcrafted feel. This approach ensures consistency across the brand while allowing for creativity in expanding its offerings.
